What does third party insurance cover?

This covers damage and medical assistance to third parties (people other than the policy holder).

What does comprehensive insurance mean?

Apart from third party cover, it also covers damage to the insured vehicle.

What does excess mean in the event of an at-fault claim?

Excess is a fixed amount marked on your insurance policy for the amount that must be paid in advance in the event of a claim.

What are accessories?

Any object added to the vehicle after its manufacture and installed by the official company. If you want them to be covered by the policy, it is necessary to specify which accessories the vehicle has at the time of application.

Can I take out my insurance through the website?

No. Once you have chosen the type of insurance required, we will make some quotes for you and contact you as soon as possible.

How do I pay for my insurance?

The easiest and safest way is by direct debit, although we have other methods of payment.

What protection do you have if I give my personal data on your website?

We are regulated by the Data Protection Act. The data is completely confidential and will be used exclusively for insurance purposes.

What documents do I need to take out car insurance?

  • Driver’s license of all authorized drivers (REAR and BACK)
  • DNI or Residence Card
  • Proof of no claims (if it has been previously insured during the previous year)

What documents do I need for a vehicle change?

  • Vehicle registration in YOUR NAME
  • Technical Data Sheet
  • Original paid insurance receipt (for old vehicle)

Can I drive my car without an official paid receipt?

The insured is obliged to provide the documents requested by the local authorities. Failure to do so may result in a fine.

Do I need insurance if my car is temporarily off the road or garaged?

Yes, if your car can be driven you must have insurance.

Does my insurance automatically renew?

Yes, unless we are notified ONE MONTH in advance. All insurance contracts are annual and renewable.

If I pay for the bank, will the renewal premium be taken out of my bank automatically each year?

Yes, unless you communicate your desire not to renew one month in advance to the brokerage or the company of your desire not to renew.

Do I receive a copy of my policy if I pay the renewal through the bank?

No, the bank will send you a receipt as proof of payment. The policy does not change, although we can print a duplicate of your policy if you need it.
